A fifth-generation Denverite, Andrew has over 20 years experience in entertainment, communications and event production. Prior to returning to Denver in 2009 to join the EXDO Management family, Andrew spent 10 years in Los Angeles as an animation, television and new media producer developing content for global entertainment companies including Fox Sports, Warner Bros. and Nickelodeon. Andrew resides in the River North (RiNo) Arts district where the EXDO Event Center is located and participates on the board of RiNo Neighbors as well as Engage 8, a local non-profit that serves the RiNo community and surrounding areas.
Autumn has over 13 years of event marketing and production experience. Not long after forming her first production company as a teenager in Denver, Autumn moved to New York City where she quickly began working with some of the world's top marketing, public relations and event production firms. A regular fixture--and behind the scenes fixer--at New York's iconic Fashion Week, Autumn both produced and marketed events at the forefront of the industry. In 2008, Autumn returned to Denver to be closer to both family and the mountains she loves, and she has continued producing a wide variety of high end events, partnering with clients as diverse as Louis Vuitton/Moet Hennessey, Pepsi and The Rocky Mountain Cancer Center.
With an extensive background in customer service, Erik’s transition into event management was natural with his start at the EXDO Event Center in 2008. Erik’s goal is to make sure all clients' needs are satisfied above and beyond what’s expected, while functioning as a key liaison among talent, performers and client communication. Erik is a strategic thinker whose execution helps turn out amazing events for our clients. With his infectious laugh, Erik ensures a smile on our clients and team, every time.
With an extensive background in administrative work, Tea leads the day to day home office duties for EXDO Event Center and Tracks Nightclub. Being dubbed “the office Mom”, Tea’s outgoing personality is vital when running the back end of the business. Tea enjoys spending time with her son, dancing and traveling.
Catering Manager Sean O’Grady first became interested in cooking when he began working in his father restaurant at age 12. It’s no wonder he ended up becoming a chef. Upon completing high school in Wyoming, Sean moved to Denver to attend the Colorado Art Institute for Culinary Arts where he learned the fundamental skills of cooking. As his skills and education progressed, so did his opportunities and soon EXDO Event Center brought Sean into the family as head chef and catering manager. Sean is experienced and trained on various cuisines and has worked with notable clients including Vanity Fair, Delta Airlines and Microsoft.
Having run his own event rental store prior to joining EXDO, Micah knows that even the littlest details matter. Along with prior experience in construction and customer relations, Micah has just what it takes to execute the specifics of your event. Not only will the foundation be solid, but the “i's" will be dotted and the "t's" crossed.
Troy’s background includes visual merchandising, interior design and costume design. He has been prominent in this line of work for over 15 years, working with companies such as The Gap, The Container Store and private design firms. He has a passion for great design and understanding others vision while helping our clients feel more comfortable with the visual effects of their event.
